Reason - Panda CDM and Blaine not listening to anyone and just sticking up for panda
Story - First Panda CDM a hitman when he was on the pavement he slowly reversed his car to line it up then rammed him strait into the wall, a few people saw this, and I told blaine and blaine says I doubt panda would perpously cdm and I was trying to explain to him what he did, then panda came back to the same place as before, slowly reversed his car and tried to ram into me. I moved out of the way though. I then told blaine again and blaine said that he was spectating panda and that he didnt do it even though I just watched him do it and panda was just driving around in his car CDMing people and blaine was always sticking up for him and not listening to anybody, I then said to blaine he was a shit admin, which he is because he doesnt listen to anyone, an I get warnings, and panda doesnt even get 1 warning for all this CDM probably because hes a vip...
