What many people found to be fun RP was when there is organised mutant invasions, people were doing this naturally and it wasn't abused either.

When i was having fun as Mayor last week, we had about 8-9 mutants suddenly surface and invade the main town area. The CPs and even some citizens had fun hunting them and defending against this invasion, i even issued a lockdown to make it more RP based. Of course there was plenty of RDM (in the eyes of the rules), but no one cared and actually found it funny that they just got swarmed by a large group of mutants.

There needs to be some rules changed/added to bring the mutants into the RP environment properly, rather than being some rat in the sewer. And arresting them just seems unfair, being a mutant sucks at the moment. You feel about as useful as the Cook class.
