What would you like to add?: A rule saying that you cant arrest mutants
How would it benefit the server/why do you want to add this? Becuase mutants are really underpowered when they attack someone, and a CP just runs in and arrests them, it breaks the feeling of being a creature outside of the binds of society. You can already KoS them outside of sewers, lets not make it AoS as well.
Would it be exploitable, and if, how could we make it non-exploitable? N/A
