Sorry Christopher, I understand what you mean and I can see why you listed those problems I guess other Moderators have been like that after they have been accepted. I must say that I now understand everything and I'd say the problem with the other members is over but i'm not sure on their side. I'd not try and do everything my own way as a Moderator, as in the application template it talks about a mentor/trainer who would show you the ropes of things.

I'd hope that you can understand what I mean when I say I know I've said some wrong things but i'm just trying to clear them up and not make any more havoc than there needs to be.
