Reason - Propblock and Selfsupply.

Story - I was MoD and got called to a place, when that was done i saw CoolMann's house, it was propblocked. He was warned, he understood why, he didn't fix it (Gave him time to do it). He then had 3 warnings and got kicked. He came back and fixed the propblock. Then i noticed he went GD, i watched his money and eventually he went Gangster. I tp'ed to him and gave him the fouth warning.

I'm NOT going for a perm ban, since i think perm is a very hard ban. I would say a month, it's alot, but i think it would send a clear message that we don't wan't rule breakers.
