Currently the fastest way to gain XP for trashman is by recycling precious metals, which costs 700kg of trash for 1600xp. This might not sound bad but to get to the last tier of recycling which is gencorp recycling at level 15 you need 800,000xp, which is equivalent to 350,000kg of trash collected, recycling precious metals 500 times. This is alot of XP to get and it would be fair to rebalance the XP amounts for all levels. This could also be balanced by finally making the double xp day an actual thing (this was a suggestion accepted 6 months ago and was promised in the next update at the time zarpgaming.com/index.php/forum/88-accept...suggestion-xp-policy)
