Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario: RDM means random death match, when a player kills a other player for no reason

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario: NLR means once you die you forget that past life for exaple when a player dieds during a bank raid they cant come back and kill the person who killed them as they are a "new life"

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
You are handling a report in which player A accuses player B of killing them for no reason in a report via the F1 system.
I would simply ask player b if they did and if he admits to it simply punished accordingly, or if he denies and player a says hes liing then check logs or ask for a video then punished accordingly.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
You witness a user mass RDMing in spawn, killing many people constantly to the point where users are complaining.
Jail the player so he stops killing players then punished accordingly.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend a minimum of around 150 words):
I believe I should be chosen because I can help newer players become familiar with the server, prevent and stop major rule breaking, and overall make the server a safer and less toxic place. I have been part of this community for about two years now, which has given me a strong understanding of the server and how it works. I am active and usually on for a few hours a day depending on my schedule.

I care a lot about the ZARP community and want to take part in what ZARP is now and what it can become in the future. I hope to contribute to future additions, changes, and balances through my suggestions and ideas, which I feel can benefit the server. My goal is to support players, enforce the rules fairly, and help maintain a positive environment for everyone. I believe my experience, activity, and dedication make me a strong candidate for the staff team.
