How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:

My time as an admin gave me a lot of experience with handling tough situations and understanding what’s fair. I’ve dealt with tons of F1s, long sits, and late nights where I was the only staff online. I’ve learned how to stay calm under pressure and handle things the right way without jumping to punishments. All that helped me build good judgment and confidence, which are both key for a Super Admin. I’ve also learned when to take charge and when to listen something I think sets me apart.

What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team:

I’ve been extremely active usually online from around 2 PM to 1 AM EST and I’m always handling stuff even when it gets overwhelming. I care a lot about ZARP and want to keep helping it grow and stay enjoyable for everyone. I’m consistent, patient, and fair, which is why I think I’d be a strong addition to the Lead Team.

I’m good at supporting other staff, especially newer mods or admins who might be struggling. I try to guide them without being harsh, and I always make sure they understand what went wrong instead of just calling them out. As Super Admin, I’d be able to do that on a bigger level helping keep the team strong and making sure everyone sticks to the same standards.

Outside of ZARP, I also run my own Minecraft Nations server, which gave me a lot of leadership experience. Managing that means handling rule-making, player conflicts, reports, and keeping everything balanced basically the same kind of responsibilities I’d have here. Running a server taught me how to make fair decisions, deal with drama calmly, and keep a community running smoothly. Those skills definitely carry over here and make me confident I’d do great as a Super Admin.

Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:

Honestly, I haven’t had a big situation like that yet. Most things I’ve been able to handle on my own, and if it was something serious, I’d make sure to gather proof and wait until a Lead Team member was around. If I ever did run into something I couldn’t control, I’d stay calm, document everything, and do my best to keep things under control until higher staff could deal with it properly.

Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:

I’d start by reading the report carefully and collecting all the evidence available. Then I’d speak to both the staff member accused and the player who reported them, making sure to hear both sides before deciding anything. I’d stay neutral the whole time. If there’s real proof of abuse, I’d bring it up to the Lead Team and make sure the right steps are taken whether that’s a warning, retraining, or further action. If the report turns out to be false, I’d still explain it clearly to the player so they don’t feel ignored.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:

A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
I’d message the staff member privately and ask why they chose that ban length. If it’s just a mistake or misunderstanding, I’d explain the proper time and fix the ban so it’s fair. I’d also remind them to double-check the guidelines next time. If it happens repeatedly, I’d bring it up at the Lead Team meeting so it can be addressed properly.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:

A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
I’d step in calmly and help guide the situation without embarrassing the staff member in front of the player. After the sit, I’d talk to the staff privately and go over what they could’ve done differently. I’d make sure they feel supported while still learning from the mistake.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:

A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
I’d hear both sides separately to avoid drama, then check logs and any proof available. If one staff member really did break the rules, I’d talk to them respectfully and document it for the next Lead Team meeting. If it’s just a misunderstanding, I’d make sure both sides understand and move forward without issues.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:

A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and/or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
I’d immediately step in to stop the argument before it gets worse. Then I’d speak with each staff member individually to calm things down and figure out what caused it. Once both sides are settled, I’d remind them of the importance of staying professional and representing the staff team properly. If it’s a serious or repeated issue, I’d document it for the Lead Team meeting.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:

You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
I’d stop the staff member right away and fix any harm done to the players (like false warns, kicks, or bans). Then I’d pull them aside privately and explain what they did wrong. If it was intentional abuse, I’d record proof and send it to the Lead Team for action. If it was just a mistake or lack of knowledge, I’d retrain them to make sure it doesn’t happen again.
