Hi Daniel,
Let me start off by saying that we fully understand your concerns and how this could set grounds for a whole other situation in a scenario where there was pvp involved. We do have items that enable remote access of printers which should be enough to prevent noclipping through buildings for non-staff related actions such as collecting, but i do also understand how this could be misinterpeted and be seen with less importance during the server's lows and/or when you are not planning on defending.
In regards to your other claims, even though i can relate with having one staffing approach towards gang members/friends and another to others, it is in fact up to the discretion of the staff member how harsh and what tools they use for exercising their staff powers, without of course insinuating anyone gets a free pass whatsoever. We do sometimes tend to be more lenient or stricter in certain situations but i highly doubt there is an intentional disregard, especially if we consider you dismissed Pops corn after accusing him of being biased when he tried handling an ingame F1 of yours.
I have already spoken to Pops corn and gave advice for a more appropriate use of the noclip but i will extend this further with a caution when it comes to using it during roleplaying involvement such as pvp or printing, and even though we want to project trust and respect towards our staff, especially the ones in lead team positions, i will be reminding him of a calm and friendly approach as per the Staff Ethos.
No official action will be taken at this moment.
It will be brought up for a discussion and possibly a vote at the next SSRP meeting and if it is decided against a no official action, i will be replying here with the verdict.
