In accordance to the Player Dispute policy, any rulebreak can be justified for filing a player dispute case from there it is then in the hands of the staff team to decide if much can be done.

In regards to the report you'll need to use the following template if you are seeking any sort of compensation on items valued at or greater than $100,000,000.
