You are correct to question this when your intentions were not hostile, and Sinz's understanding of the situation might have not been clear, but i don't see a reason to issue a formal punishment considering no items/suits were lost in this interaction.

According to Pops, even if you were unaware of the RP House textscreen, which indeed seemed like it was nonexistant, you were personally informed by him about it before he issued any punishments, which you ignored and tried raiding again with a tac, and for that reason the punishment stays. I've already spoken to Pops about textscreen sizes.
