I want to fully support ALIKI in this case, and I believe both the punishment appeal and the request he submitted deserve serious attention.
First of all, I’ve known ALIKI for quite a while, and in my experience playing with him, he’s always been someone who tries to follow the rules, even when the situation is a bit unclear. The video he provided speaks for itself — the textscreen was extremely small and placed in such an awkward position that it would be easy for anyone to miss it. Honestly, this looks like a textbook case of baiting, whether intentional or not. Players should not be punished for engaging in gameplay when critical information like a warning or textscreen is practically invisible. In that kind of setting, it’s not fair to issue a warning without even considering how unclear the situation was.
On top of that, I want to also speak on behalf of the punishment request he made. What happened to him with IWI Super Golden Sinz is really frustrating and clearly against the server rules. ALIKI walked into an unowned base — not raiding, not threatening anyone — and was randomly killed out of nowhere. That’s a classic case of RDM. There were no signs, no KOS warnings, no justification. The other player even tried to claim it was “defending” when nothing needed defending. This kind of behavior ruins the RP experience for other players and needs to be addressed. If people can just shoot first and then come up with a weak excuse later, it sets a bad precedent for the whole server.
I really hope the staff take both of these cases seriously. ALIKI is clearly trying to contribute to the community, not cause trouble, and his actions here show maturity — not only in appealing what I think was a wrongfully given punishment, but also in calling out rule-breaking behavior that affected his gameplay experience.
He’s not the kind of player who makes complaints lightly. He’s providing evidence, context, and a clear breakdown of what happened. That should count for something. I stand by him 100% and hope the staff team reviews this with an open mind and gives him the fair outcome he deserves.
