Good day, after reviewing the situation at hand, I've come to the conclusion to deny this appeal.

You're well aware of the fact you aren't allowed any entities aside from the Health and Armor Charges within the Bank Vault.

Also, taking the screenshot you've displayed into account: just because another individual, be it a Member of Staff or any other kind of player, breaks a rule, does not exempt you from punishments.
