Suggestion Title: ( Keeping a toned down version of the event as a permanent feature )
Bringing back normalized pvp

How would it benefit the server:
It genuinely wouldn't , the suit chamber and weapon boxs have been some of the worst features for a hand few of users that I know , The events are over and thats what the event was Cops vs Nukes
not cops in items or specific suits for specific nukes.
Potential Issues/Exploits: If its going to be like the however PD is then that is not balancing

Additional notes: Bringing this feature would ruin item value more and more in my opinion. Understanding throughout the nuke event players need to gain items to use during the event , not for a permanent feature after.
It was a great idea and no offense it just came from one of the users I dont see pvping at all. do you guys want the players to feel for there own items or the items free items they are constantly going to use.
Unless you price the gluon at a gluon price then the suit at a suit price , I don't see it being a stabilized feature at all

- So whenever it comes down to the free items department thats where my sandbox suggestion comes along , users who dont have the free items that our suit chamber has been providing then they can join sandbox to have the great zarp experience !!!
