I have mentioned previously I believe it needs to be clarified in the rules when it comes to situations such as these. Since being added I have held the understanding that by using your cop privilege of bypassing NLR to return to the district of said raid you are actively raiding therefore KOS. Should a cop return and take issue with being killed they are self reporting to be breaking NLR. Because of this I shall be accepting this appeal.
