Changing monthly event player count
How would it benefit the server:
Doesn't waste the once a month event
Potential Issues/Exploits:

Additional notes: Its a bit silly that the once a month event get cancelled purely because of entering count. I accept its for a big item but the fact it just gets cancelled for active players seems unfair. 30 days per high tier item that has a hefty cost to enter shouldn't be so restricted
