Rework Subscribe Button

How would it benefit the server:

Allow people to get a more distinct and obvious notification to a thread they've made than before.

Potential Issues/Exploits:

This feature not getting used at all, I can't imagine it ever did get used unless it was accidental.
Accounts needing to be linked to use said feature, maybe let people choose between one or the other in the profile settings.

Additional notes:
Allow the Discord bot to DM people who subscribe to posts, when a new reply is received. It could just give them a brief preview of the reply or just simply inform them their reply has received a new reply.
