Not writing this to hate or anything this is just the way that I see it. Turning over cms like its a moderator rank now, I think all 3 of the current cms were never announced on the forums just randomly see them appear nowadays. Before it was more clear of what staff were working on in a public eye to see them leading to the promotion. today all I believe it takes is just showing up, coming up with a few update ideas and you'd get voted in for cm. Like when the system kinda first changed for Jawson you could see him actively working and showing off things.
