Suggestion Title: Remove standing still effect

How would it benefit the server: lets you move around without yo shit being all fucked up.

Potential Issues/Exploits: Well, it would make it OP, maybe do a 5-10 second weapon timer? allowing the suit to respawn and walk around but still being unable to fight/infect. I THINK (I My Opinion, IMO, could be used in this scenario) that this would encourage gamers to continue wearing the suit, using it to the best of its abilities, and it gives players an incentive to risk losing the suit, helping the economy.

Additional notes: here is a video referencing me being unable to walk around, something that takes away from the gamers experience, I think a crucial weapon timer would be a more effective way at balancing the suit without making it all fucked up looking like hasbullah or some shit like that.
