As I said before helldawg had no right to act in unarresting a criminal with his stick which is considered corruption instead of using the "bail" because it is also because of him that the luck factor made him return to pd, and in the following context as I said before he is still considered dangerous especially when he was released inside the pd which always contains a threat so I reacted quickly, it is not a question of letting it act while he was still in the places of our zone, I had every right to arrest him and his timer was not extended because as said before he was released 10 seconds later so that does not change anything at all to what I said and rather reinforces my opinion
