This is not a decision on the appeal sinz, just extra info i think you should have regarding the rules
They may only arrest wanted/people who break city law. You cannot arrest people for past crimes if they are no longer wanted. (e.g. /crimes)
That rule specifically the “You cannot arrest people for past crimes” was the reason i warned you, you gave davie no time to leave the PD after being unarrested, and he wasnt wanted for any reason, if he had pulled a gun out or refused to leave the PD after you asking him to leave that would be an acceptable reason to arrest him, but you gave him no time to react and did mot confer with the other police officer who unarrested him, Helldawg. Just thought id drop my reasoning for any Admins who are gonna take this to lend a helping hand
