so bignice was raiding the pd and when he got arrested helldawg as cop trying to free him without passing by the bail system and sometimes the player when unjailed have a chance to stay in pd wich mean he can have "again" the chance to keept doing his raid wich me I anticiped that and arrest him again since he would be a threat again and then duke classified that as " a past crime" when in reality it's more logic to arrest back since he was still in the pd then at spawn

especially since I didn't even have a recent for a long time and especially for "rda" and at least there was nothing serious about leaving me on a warning while bignice just wanted to act like that because he was warned before by duke himself since he was racist recently so I don't find it logical to warn me for this situation especially since it is logical and also a moment of survival and unlucky
