In cases like this, its very easy for the person being reported to go ahead and delete messages before it has been seen by the Community Team to discuss, which makes it very difficult to decide an outcome. We have to be very cautious around reports like these and not label someone as a Pedophile where the evidence has been deleted, as it would not be the first instance where someone has been banned for such things, and we later learn that it was false and had to revert it.
