Give and explain 3 situations in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:

I would use the ban command when:

A player has scammed another player
A player has exploited
A player continues to RDM after being warned.

Explain in detail the main functions of the F1 menu and how this can be used to help you deal with situations on the server:

The F1 menu has 4 section that show you different things:

Section 1: You will see all of the active F1s that people have made. It will also show you if a staff member is dealing with the F1 request and how long the player has been waiting for a staff member.

Section 2: You can see the warnings that players have received. It also provides additional information such as why they were warned and which staff member issued the warning.

Section 3: Here you can see who has been killed, arrested, changed jobs, set a hit, joined and left. This is useful when handling F1s if you need to see who has killed the player.

Section 4: This is used to see the active NLRs at the current moment. It will also show you the player's name and the district.

Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
You witness Player A being verbally abusive towards you through voice/chat whilst you are carrying out your administrative duties.

Initially, I would ask the player to stop.
If they continued to do so then I would mute them so that they are unable to verbally abuse me.
After the mute had ended, if they continue to do this I would warn them and take further action depending on the situation.

Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
Player A makes an appeal on a ban that was placed on them permanently for prop spamming, putting great apology and detail into the appeal, admitting to what they did. Explain the process of how you would handle this appeal.

I would first speak with the staff member that issued the ban to discuss the appeal and what their opinions were on it. In this case, I personally think the player should be unbanned or atleast a reduced ban and I would convey this to the staff member who banned them initially. If we collectively decided to accept the appeal I would contact the player and let him know that we have accepted his appeal.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend a minimum of around 150 words):

I think that I should be made admin as I have a lot of experience as staff, especially on Zarp due to me being staff on SSRP 3 times, Deathrun once and Prop Hunt once. I also think that it would improve the server as there have been times when I have seen someone break a rule and there are no staff active so no punishment is given. Overall, I just want to make coming on the server a more enjoyable experience for everyone by reducing rule breaking and punishing those who do.

I will have the 2 weeks of consistent activity required by the time of the meeting.
