I remember logging on a few weeks back after a while, and getting the notification that I was refunded. Initially I felt something was off about the numbers but I had a bit of a long day and kinda brushed it off as me probably being wrong. Never really bothered to check the values.

But yeah, based on the numbers you provided it seems like you only got 1/4 of the money as compared to the promised 50%. It is weird that people are not being refunded the full amount though, as if this were some sort of punishment (though I'm not insinuating it is). I'm all for removing money from the eco, but I just don't think this is the proper way to go about it.
