Thank you for your constructive criticism, if you want me to change it to where it says 9/10 then I will, but what I mean by 10/10 is knowing English fluently, speaking, reading, and writing, most of the time I don't bother capitalizing the "I" when I am typing... and please reply clarifying how my application is "a bit weak" so I can build on that and not make future posts and applications "Weak"
