We've reviewed your demote request in the last Community Team meeting and we've come to the conclusion, that there isn't enough evidence of wrongdoing to justify a punishment against Callum. As I already said in my reply above as well as in private messages, I suggest that - for minor issues like a staff member calling you a "faggot"- you contact the staff member in question to settle the issue or talk to a higher up staff member to find a solution. If you want to report targetted harassment, you need to provide more evidence than just a single occurance of being called a "faggot".
