Give and explain 3 situations in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
Scamming, exploiting and adverting cheats

Explain in detail the main functions of the F1 menu and how this can be used to help you deal with situations on the server:
The F1 system is the virtual heart of the staff team. Admin Requests act as a support line for players to report others to the staff team. Staff can handle reports as they pop up and deal with them appropriately. Some reports can be simple like an RDM, but others can require more details by checking in with all players involved, active NLR’s and the server logs. The Warnings page includes a list of warns issued out in the week, which can help identify problem players.

Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
You witness Player A being verbally abusive towards you through voice/chat whilst you are carrying out your administrative duties.
I would first ask them to stop. If they continue, I would mute them in voice/chat for 5 minutes for staff disrespect.

Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
Player A makes an appeal on a ban that was placed on them permanently for prop spamming, putting great apology and detail into the appeal, admitting to what they did. Explain the process of how you would handle this appeal.
I would speak to the member of staff who issued the ban (if possible) and discuss the appeal. In this case, I would accept.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend a minimum of around 150 words):
I’ve been around the ZARP community for over 4 years now and been a Moderator for just over a week. I think I’ve done a good job as a mod and help maintain the server. I’m very familiar with the rules and regulations, as well as the playerbase which will help going forward. I consider myself friendly and approachable to all players, and happy to lend a hand when needed. I’m regularly active on the server and would like to help out where possible. I’m easy to reach on Discord, so can hop if there are no staff online.

I’ve attended one SSRP meeting and would like to apply for Admin to gain better tools to maintain the Server. As I come to the end of this application, I’m now waffling at this point so if you see this then why the hell are you still reading it and not just supporting this post!?
