btw rules 4.0 are BUILDING RULES. If I didn't build anything these rules don't apply. Having printers down doesn't mean I'm basing. I can have my printers down in the fountain of spawn doesn't mean I'm basing or building there. I can have my printers down and base across the map if I want to hide it.
