Listen to the arguments:
I would read the appeal carefully to understand the reasons why the user is seeking a revocation of the ban or other punishment.

Check the user's history:
I would examine the user's account history to see if he has had previous violations of server rules.

Consult with the team:
If in doubt or in need of a more objective assessment, I would consult with other moderators or the server administration.

Be transparent:
I would inform the user of the outcome of their appeal in a clear and understandable manner.

Issue a fair decision:
I would consider the arguments of both sides and try to issue a fair decision in accordance with server and Discord rules.


Explain some of the administrative features of Discord and when they're used appropriately:

Chat Moderation:
Allows moderators to delete messages, mute users or block violators of server rules altogether. It is used when users behave inappropriately or break community rules.

Roles:
Allows administrators to assign specific permissions to read, post messages, manage channels, etc. Roles can be used to assign roles to newly trained moderators, administrators, etc.

Log Auditing:

With my new financial capabilities, I can invest in a better server infrastructure, ensuring stability and accessibility for all users. Also with this position, I can work on the development and implementation of new features on the server that will facilitate communication, community integration, and provide a better user experience.
