talking to Mr Lerpson himself I heard there was both a clip and he saw it with his own eyes.
If it was only a clip that Lerpson punished from I would consider to keep asking for a clip and probably come to the same conclusion as Lerpson did but seeing as he saw it himself and presumably saw the clip, I don't think there is any question about this appeal.
