policy still exists, i just want it looked at, since others receiving their second cheating punishment have been banned for shorter times compared to mine with this new policy in place and when ive spoken to a cm on discord nothing happened with it after saying they will bring it up, so i just want some clarification with it

Fair enough - Could be a mistake on their end or they may have possibly added the 2 weeks due to active recent punishments you may have had at the time when the hacking ban was issued? Probably the former. Either way, good luck with the appeal.
