Hey BDOG, unfortunately this was not a bug at the time you lost the suit. The change to make the Knight Demon remove 75% of your HP on failing skill checks was a nerf to the suit that happened after you lost your GJugg.
To go a bit further, Faithful lost his GNano to a bug with the grim reaper, but there’s no bug occurring with the loss of your suit.
