Issue/Bug: Mining Ban Time HUGEEEE bug

Brief description of the issue/bug: So..... ZARP has this really complicated mechanic where you can mine away a second off your ban time by mining ore, how this works is you can sometimes get a dud ore, and if you are banned you will not get a second taken off your ban, HOWEVER........... the ZARP BLUE CRYSTAL GENCORP LORE crystal ALWAYS gives you an ore, so you are taking a second off your ban time EVERY TIME you hit the ZARP BLUE CRYSTAL GENCORP LORE crystal, doing a little bit of maths, i would be able to knock off 1200 hours off my ban if i mined 24/7 for 5 months this is only because of the ZARP BLUE CRYSTAL GENCORP LORE crystal, if this didnt exist then i wouldnt be able to be unbanned so soon due to this broken crystal!

Extra Information: unban me since i reported this game breaking exploit on ZARP thanks. if it wasnt for the blue zarp gaming gencorp crystal i wouldnt be unbanned as fast as if i mined ruby, stone or gold!
