How would it benefit the server: When i gluon a jugg when it crouch it does not dmg WTFF

Potential Issues/Exploits: Makes the jugg not cancer in close quarters

Additional notes: me when i gluon gun a jugg and it takes no damage while crouching (what the zarp)
