In the first clip you can't even see who killed you and also the clip is very short and seems like it's lacking context.

As for the second clip it's clear that you were attempting to claim the hit on him since you were literally master-swording in his direction at light speed as a Hitman, the RDM rule is EXTREMELY clear on the matter.
