Suggestion Title: kd skill check change

How would it benefit the server: kd is the most broken suit on the server currently, any solo base you have all u need to do is get raided by a kd it's over.

Potential Issues/Exploits: nah

Additional notes: the suggestion is simple, increase the size of the skill check, this will make kd still usable however easier for people to get out giving people a chance to defend themselves, also gives more of a reason to have gold kd as the skill checker could be smaller.

Additional notes: the size of the kd skill check stays the same however the outcome of failing instead of instantly killing the suit or player 75% of their health and armour is removed meaning the suit will be forced to be dequipped in the roleplay situation
