Reporting someone for something so little is retarded, to say the least.
Not to mention this is pretty much a gray zone in the rules IMO.
Also, I'm kind of sick of the "Im being targetted" shit, maybe it's cause there's not all too many players and you're one of the only players to interact with in a bad or good way.
