Suggestion Title: Bonus Ores 2 Upgrade

How would it benefit the server: removes money from the eco

Potential Issues/Exploits:

Additional notes: it will give bonus ores to deep sea (as normal bonus ores does not work), a separate upgrade will make sense as it is for a different job and it will be too easy, this upgrade needs to be somewhat expensive due to the potential of deep sea diving, my suggestion is 1 billion cash and a scu to craft the upgrade and have a chance of getting an extra 1 , 2 or 3 ores while deep sea mining.
