Item(s) Lost: Golden Nano Suit

Story: So I lost a "Golden Nano Suit" on 14/09/2022 due to a "Grim Reaper" issue where the scythe would swing and kill people in a 360° angle. I initially messaged the CM team about this, asking if it was intended and if it was refundable. I got mixed replies and was told it would be discussed in a CM team meeting. I was then told a couple days later that they discussed it and Martin handled it, saying it would not be refunded because "if you swung a scythe IRL, you would hit someone behind you." I chose to accept this outcome as I didn't really care about losing a suit I never used in the first place and arguing with Martin wouldn't be worth it. However, after browsing through refund requests on the forums to find bugs long forgotten, I came upon this Refund Request which shows that this was already addressed as an "issue" in the past and that people got refunded for it, which is why I believe that I should be entitled to a refund and wish that the CM team relook into this again.
