Issue/Bug: HUD Scales incorrectly if using an ultrawide resolution

Issue/Bug: Suit HUD elements scale incorrectly if using an ultrawide resolution. Happens with a fair few suits (mainly newer ones), and blocks HP/Armor

I imagine all of these could be fixed by having a sensible maximum size for the elements, instead of scaling infinitely based on the size of the display. Thanks and have a zarp day
