As suspicious as this seems - There is no conclusive evidence whatsoever that he disclosed any information to any other player (unless new evidence arises). Tinky could have found you in dozens of other ways, whether it was via a Scan Master, EVO, or sheer coincidence - He may have even knew your location prior to Zannie using the helicopter feature, or he just followed/stalked Zannie to your location which is still not against any established rules.

It's "Innocent until proven guilty", not "Guilty until proven innocent" - I'll genuinely be concerned if this gets accepted.
