Reason - (What rules did the person break?) Accessory to scamming

Story - (What happened?) I made a chat coinflip with Kronen after he said his Coinflip system was broken, to be sure I won't be scammed I made sure he had the items in a trade, he then showed me the items (Golden Mummy Suit & Golden Nano Suit), after losing the Coinflip Kronen transfered the items to speeds and disconnected, upon return he was claiming he got hacked and the items are gone and therefore he was banned for scamming.
The bigger story here is that speeds was at the scene and took the items and is now refusing to transfer them hense being an accessory to this scam.
