Well maybe you should have claimed your winnings when you won them instead of saying "You can keep them"

your right i will forcefully have taken them out of his inv and made a report where he wouldn't have payed me anyway. Ive waiting till hes now banned and decided i would like to claim them now since they are not useful to him and he cant play

You don't need to forcefully take them when you decided that you didn't want the item! You're doing mental gymnastics in order to try and get a item back that you regret making the decision of LETTING someone keep.
