Great admin, I will now write down some short words on why I think smol should get promoted

E - engaging: he is very engaging with the community and Is always talking and socialising with new players and old players in OOC.
T - thoughtful: he is thoughtful with his gang members and allies
H - helpful: smol has always helped me and other players whenever we needed assistance with server information, how suits work, rules etc
A - accommodating: smol has also been very accommodating and easy to talk to especially if you are a new player!
N - not racist: although the temptations of racism for some people may near be impossible to avoid, smol always keeps his cool, no matter how annoyed he gets he never goes towards the racism route but rather deals with his problems in a calm, collected manner. He fully supports all ethnicities, religions and minorities.
