How would it benefit the server: better fps

Potential Issues/Exploits: uhhh

Additional notes: the casino and the bank have had a massive upgrade leading to spawn to be FPS hell, move some of the trillion things in spawn to other parts of the map if you can. just a suggestion but I have no clue how possible that is.
