Reworked map/stage/cp/bonus completion networking and chat messages

Reworked bots
- Bots will now always record all players (with a reasonable player limit max in place)
- All WRs will be saved
- Main bot will show only map completions and be replaced whenever a new map WR takes place in any style
- Secondary bot will show only bonus and stage completions, with bonus having the higher priority in both displaying and forcing upon new WR (if bonus is being displayed, a stage WR will not replace the bot, but a new/different bonus will)
- Made several changes to bot saving and how it's handled and stored on the server for better management per map/style/etc and
- Fixed data use inconsistencies
- Changed and greatly improved networking and data management

Reworked spectating
- Changed and added per spectate case data (tas/rewind vs others)
- Fixed all data usage throughout all transitions
- Fixed a timer bug starting before exiting the start zone for bonus bot runs
- Fixed view camera bug when spectatee was in third person mode
- Fixed view camera bug when a bot recording reset its run
- When a bot is completely removed, it now hides its nameplate, makes the playermodel invisible, and makes it unavailable for spectating (naturally switching to next bot, if no other bot then player, if no other player then exiting spectating)

Reworked practice mode
- Added better noclip functionality which ignores map teleports
- Made several changes so all times are mirrored to practise mode properly
- Blocked rewind and tas from using practise mode
- Made all completion chat messages print only to local player
- Made several changes to stage teleporting and the proper data handling of all transitions
- After run report now shows partial completions when there is a stage teleport involved in a run
- Fixed the proper block of registering points, times, leaderboards, etc
- Changed and greatly improved networking and data management

Changed and fixed zones and map management
- Added functionality to expand management of all maps for not having to be on the map you are modifying to do so
- Made several changes and fixes to ease the zone creation process
- Changed how zone data is handled and stored on the server
- Made several changes and fixes to normal and poly zone types for eliminating inconsistencies with conditions of zone entering/leaving under high velocity, low distance, or teleporting inside one
- Fixed an inconsistency with poly zones having different height than shown
- Improved the display of all zone types and eliminated some edge cases breaking them or making them invisible or visible through walls

Fixed run comparison (!comp in chat)
- Added proper data handling and comparing
- Changed and fixed the UI layout

Reworked triggers & player clips
- Added missing player clips material
- Added functionality for building and displaying player clips with relevance to player's position for better optimisation
- Added functionality for building and displaying triggers which filters per area for better optimisation
- Fixed convars and relevant code for properly handling the toggle of each

Reworked reporting
- Added discord logging so staff can see and join the game
- Fixed reporting options and added required and optional fields
- Fixed several bugs and inconsistencies
- Changed and greatly improved networking and data management
