Story/Situation - What happened?

So i basically raided a base , had tac down , died , respawned , raided and as soon as raid was over i got tped out of the base ( when i was about to tax ) and frozen.Got warned and in my attempt to go back up again , i got tped frozen and jailed.

Extra Information - Anything you would find relevant to your punishments(s)?

I'd like to point out that no chance to defend myself was given to me , i mentioned plenty of times that i had a tac down but mr elemental thought otherwise and warned me immediately without giving me any chances. I find it disturbing how people are treated in the DarkRP server and i'd love it if the situation could get resolved . I'd also like to add that you'd need to go on logs and see that i indeed used a tactical inserion point since i lack proof that can prove my innocense ( i had medal turned off and didnt think id need it ).
