Quick Update:
I'm sick of all the Drama - honestly, I don't want to sound 'dramatic' or 'un-ethical'; but after -much- discussion with Agent, I've decided to return to the Staff team. Which he seemed thrilled about. I'll give it another shot.

As -most- of you will know, I'm 'Lethal' - A recent addition to the Administrative Element. I'm not fan of 'drama', so I'll keep this short - but specific.

I've recently been doing lots of contemplation, and debating to wether I should stay in ZARP. But Unfortunately, I've not come up with -many- adequate reasons to stay. Agent firstly, and priory brought me to ZARP; I was rather skeptical - I'd honestly thought it'd be another 'DarkRP Base'. But it was not, It was more than this... It was enjoyable, for the first time. I was given 'Moderator' no-later, followed by 'Administrator'. With the duty, came a lot of stress. Players' would continuously harass the Admin(s), as-well as disrespect them for: 'not doing his/her job', especially if they're doing all they can. It's honestly got to me.

You may, or may not have noticed I've become in-active; but this is because my Primary community has just fixed their script, and have scheduled a launch. Who I've been with for a year, and never regretted. I'd thought I'd stay, despite their launch. But all of the negative-emotes towards the Staff have given me an overall reason to say my farewell.

It's in-evitable; with my leave... 'Vein', to which I'm the Manager off will parish. Unless 'Agent' would like to hand it over to someone else, but I do not see that happening... due to the in-adequate player base It's received.

One of my primary reasons of my new-comeuppance: Is some of the Staff that were picked - They cannot do their job; and ultimately leave it to another Administrator. Which increases the stress. It's sad to leave, but we all knew it'd happen.

I wish you all goodluck, perhaps I'll re-join at one point later on, but at the moment -- I do not see it.
