Story: I simply placed a bid on a ggluon in auction, competing with JoshuaIsGreat for it, but when it ended nobody got the item, Joshua could claim his money but it still doesn't let me claim mine even though it says "Re-claim funds", which means the item is either mine and bugged, or lost forever somehow ( and then I should get the money back )

Evidence: I was told logs would help, if not I can show the LT what it does in the menu ( re-claim funds button not working )
